Chartula Studio is a young and exciting contemporary wedding stationers based in South London. We’re a small team of hard working individuals who are passionate about design and love all types of printing. Our stationery has been featured on GMTV and Wedding TV, as well as regularly appearing in Cosmo Bride, You and Your Wedding, Wedding magazine, Condé Nast Brides, Homes and Gardens and many other places, and has become a favourite of wedding planners and celebrities alike. We love what we do at Chartula and offer a fast paced, fun and friendly working environment. We’re looking for a highly motivated and organised Office Assistant to add to our intimate team. This is a full time position and you will be responsible for the day to day running of our office and assisting us in fulfilling our orders.

Key Responsibilities:
• Dealing with day to day office duties including organising post, filing documents, maintaining office supplies and answering calls.
• Responding promptly and accurately to customer enquiries by phone and email.
• Liaising with clients and new customers, which will include discussing their wedding plans and matching them to our services.
• Organising and maintaining our filing and sample systems.
• Running our sample service and fulfilling orders for sample packs.
• Preparing quotes and estimates using our software.
• Working with our accountants to prepare documents for our monthly accounts.
• Being part of our team representing Chartula at wedding shows.
• Preparing our completed orders for despatch, including quality control, counting and packing.
• Hand finishing orders where appropriate, including tying ribbon.
• Pitching in in all areas.

Required Skills:
• IT literate and proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Extremely organised, self motivated and enthusiastic.
• Exceptional customer service skills and an excellent telephone manner.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work both independently and within the team.
• An eye for detail and passion for design and weddings.
• Experience as an office assistant is an advantage, as is experience in the wedding industry.
• Enjoy working in a small, fast paced environment.
